under Windows 98® and Windows NT 5®.
Based on this revolutionary system, you can install Multiple MIRAGE
video cards in a single computer and have any combination (size and
brand) of fixed frequency monitors to be used with this configuration.
This exciting technology will benefit many types of computer users:

- Professional
Computer Users can run many different applications simultaneously,
without the need to go back and forth by minimizing and maximizing
different applications.
Here is an example: You can run your word processing
program on monitor #1 at 640x480@256 colors, so the text
is easily recognizable. On monitor #2, you can run a
Graphics or CAD application at 1280x1024@65,000 to benefit from
a larger desktop, more viewable screen with a faster speed.
Once your graphics creation is done you may simply drag your
application to monitor #3 which is set to 1024x768@16.8
Million colors to have an idea of your final product's looks.
Your monitor #4 at the same time can have your favorite
spreadsheet running at 1152x864@256 colors, so you keep the
tab on your project expenses while you have opened a DOS window
to access a DOS based application on the same monitor. Once
your work is done, you simply can move it from the monitor to
monitor to see how it looks when it is being looked at by users
with different type of monitor resolution setup. No more need
for resetting the Windows resolution and perhaps re-starting
it each time (Excellent for Professional Web Artists).

Computer Gamers: Many popular games will take the advantage
of this feature by creating the games that will spread over
multiple monitor screens and allow a never seen before gaming
experience on a home desktop computer. Imagine playing a car
racing game while the center monitor reflects your windshield
view and you can see the roadside action taking place on either
monitors on left or right side of your main screen and have
a realistic 180° view of your game, without the need to
flip your main view screen each time to be able to see the other
views.
